There are not enough hospitals. People travel more than 40 km on rough roads, and that journey takes hours.  Our aim in this regard is to build hospitals and mother and childcare M.C.H. to save people, especially children, and pregnant women who even give birth on the way without professional nurses and clean equipment, which makes them have infections, and some even die on the way

In 2015, Arhi, Sador Netherland, and Sador Somalia successfully completed the project of MCH Hospital in Kaaraan District, Mogadishu, Somalia.
