Projects Implemented:
SADOR and ARHI have implemented successfully the following projects:
- SADOR and ARHI renovated in 2008 two schools in Kaaran District which were destroyed by the Civil War. The students were having difficult to study in that environment and they were unhygienic . the project was implemented by SADOR and ARHI in high standard and financed our partner Stichtingsado , NCDO and Wildeganzen in Nederland. The total project costed 25.000 Euros. The two schools operate now in good environment and the number of students has increased from 450 to 850 and are still increasing. Many of the students who graduated from those two schools went to universities and some of them are civil servants of the Federal Government.
- Our partner Organization Stichtingsador in Netherland has also provided educational equipments like computers, photocopy machine and generators to the two schools with the help of two Nederland organizations, namely NCDO and Wilde Ganzen.
- In 2012 when the famine struck Somalia SADOR and ARHI Implemented another project of Emergency Food Supply to 600 families when the famine struck Somalia. The beneficiaries were people from Kaaran District and the surrounding areas like Warsheikh. there is a good bond between SADOR and ARHI and the local people of Warsheikh including the elders. The chairman of ARHI is a familiar person in Warsheikh.
- SADOR and ARHI completed a project of building Mother and Child Clinic in the North of Mogadishu, financed by our Partner Stichtingsador and Wilde Ganzen, and other Small donors in Netherland. All this information you will find at our partner’s website www.stichtingsador.nl
